  • We deliver across Nashik and all major cities in India, depending on courier availability.
  • Certain remote or non-serviceable areas may have limited or no delivery service. Customers will be notified at checkout if delivery is not possible.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping Fees: Displayed during checkout based on product weight, size, and delivery location.
  • Any additional handling or installation charges (e.g., for large appliances or HVAC systems) will be clearly mentioned before order confirmation.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation.
  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days for metro cities and 5–10 business days for other regions.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability, courier partner, and your shipping address.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking ID via SMS/email.
  • Orders can be tracked directly on our website or through our courier partner’s tracking page.

5. Delivery Process & Requirements

  • Delivery will be made to the shipping address provided at checkout.
  • For high-value items (such as large electronics or appliances), signature and ID proof may be required at the time of delivery.
  • If the customer is unavailable, our courier partner will attempt re-delivery or contact you for an alternate arrangement.

6. Delays & Force Majeure

9. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be delivered within India.
