It is an initial consultation for AC selection and installation planning within our service area, subject to scheduling. Repair diagnosis, servicing, materials and installation labour are separate chargeable work unless expressly included in your quotation.
Share your location, AC brand and type, the problem, and any visible error code if available. A model-label photo or purchase record can help, but you can still enquire if you do not have them.
Inclusions depend on the accepted quotation. Ask for the included pipe length, additional material rates, insulation, drainage, stand and labour details before work begins.
Reuse needs an assessment of condition and compatibility with the replacement equipment. It is not automatically suitable; the recommendation and any replacement work are confirmed for the job.
No. A cooling complaint needs diagnosis before refrigerant work is proposed. The team will discuss the findings and quote the required work rather than treat gas filling as a routine solution.
Coverage depends on the written agreement. Confirm visit frequency, cleaning activities, breakdown visits, parts, refrigerant and access charges. Do not assume an AMC includes every repair.
Tell us that the unit is under warranty before booking. The manufacturer's terms and authorised service process may apply. We can help you discuss the appropriate route; free warranty repair is not promised by this page.
