This page explains the cancellation, delivery-issue and refund process for orders from Uttam Electronics, including Atomberg Intellon.
Cancellation before dispatch
You may request cancellation before your order is dispatched. Call 8007287898 or email info@uttamelectronics.co.in with your order number so we can check its dispatch status and confirm cancellation.
Damaged, wrong or missing items
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a description and photographs of the issue. Retain the product, accessories and packaging while the issue is investigated. For a verified damaged, defective or incorrect supply, our team will coordinate a replacement, exchange or refund as appropriate to the issue.
Contact us before sending a product back. We will confirm the inspection, collection or return instructions and any applicable costs in writing before you arrange shipment. Do not send the product to an unconfirmed address.
Product defects and manufacturer warranty
Contact us for coordination or the manufacturer’s authorised service team for diagnosis. Atomberg Intellon carries the manufacturer’s two-year warranty subject to the brand’s terms; installation and servicing should be through its authorised team. Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the credit. Contact us with your order details if a confirmed refund has not appeared.
Before you order
Check the model, dimensions, water/installation requirements and delivery address before payment. This policy does not offer an unconditional trial or change-of-mind return window. Contact us before ordering if you need a special arrangement.
The 48-hour delivery-reporting request does not limit manufacturer warranty support or applicable consumer rights.
